18 May How to receive your UEFA tickets by post
If you need your UEFA tickets posted to Cardiff for the UEFA Champions League Final 2017 and you are staying at Camp Cardiff, here’s the safest way to have your tickets delivered to Cardiff.
A service offered by the Royal Mail Post Office is ‘POSTE RESTANTE‘. Using the POSTE RESTANTE service, you can have your mail sent to Royal Mail Post Offices from where you can collect your envelopes using valid ID.
**Please note the name on the envelope must be the same as the name on your ID. If you’re visiting the UK from abroad, bring your passport as a form of identification.**
Any mail posted from within the UK is kept for you in your chosen Post Office for up to two weeks. Anything posted from overseas is kept for one month.
Read more about POSTE RESTANTE here.
We have already called around to see which Post Offices in Cardiff offer the Post Restante service. We recommend using the Queen’s Arcade Post Office located centrally in Cardiff in the Queen’s Arcade Shopping Centre.
The address to register for delivery is:
“Your name as shown on your ID”
Queen’s Arcade Post Office
45 Queen’s Arcade
Tip: If you have a common name (such as John Smith or Mario Rossi) include your middle name or date of birth. You don’t want to be picking up someone else’s tickets!
The Queen’s Arcade Post Office is less than 5 minutes walk from the Principality Stadium in central Cardiff, very close to the Castle and the UEFA Football Village in Coopers Field.
You should not send your post to Camp Cardiff. We are a temporary campsite so we do not have an office to receive them. Camp Cardiff is not responsible for the loss of any post.
