Our Campingninja Services department work with a whole host of event organisers and companies to provide camping solutions on a variety of different levels. From simply supplying plans and equipment to wedding planners, to project managing and operating villages for 10,000 people per night for the Olympic Games.

Over the past 7 years Campingninja has been honing it’s operation and marketing expertise at some of the world’s largest events. Our experience doesn’t start there however, Campingninja founders Geoff Vaughan and Rhian Evans have exceptional operational backgrounds.
Before founding Campingninja the pair planned, operated and ran adventure tours in some of the remotest parts of the world.
Between them they managed operations, including logistics, health and safety, team management, staff training and incident handling, in over 60 countries across the Far East, Indian Subcontinent, SE Asia, Middle East, East and West Africa, Europe, Russia, Central Asia, Latin America and North America.
The Founders bring them their vast experience to problem solving, planning and operating temporary accommodation in the UK and around the world with every detail thought of so you can get on with running your event.

Pre-pitched Villages

Our Pre-Pitched Tent Villages are a viable short term accommodation option for a variety of events. As we carry our own stock, we can organise and create a tented village at short notice and provide everything you could need and more.


Our tented village is available with all the trimmings for up to 1000 people a night. Tented accommodation can include airbeds, pillows and sleeping bags. Tents can be 2 man, 4 man, 6 man and 8 man tents, all of a comfortable size. Our tents have separate porches and sleeping compartments, ideal for friends, family or colleagues to share. We also have a range of Glamping structures like our 5 metre Bell Tents, for which we can provide airbeds, linen, camping chairs, coffee tables and atmospheric lighting.

Other equipment to hire includes: Pop up gazebos, marquees, toilets, showers, site lighting, generators, fire points, signage, electrical points, extension leads, wooden stakes, catering equipment, entrance ways, ramps, chairs, tables, festoon lights, fencing, wheel barrows and a whole lot more.


Additional services include: A full online booking platform, staffing for the event, surveys, customer service, risk assessments, Emergency Response Plans, campsite mapping and planning, people movements, traffic management plans, project management, licencing and much more.


We can quote from 1 night to 2 months so get in touch to discuss your requirements. Packages are bespoke to the event or situation and dependent on equipment required.


Example: a Pre-Pitched Village for 600 people a night for 5 nights could be as low as £8 per person per night.

From Sevens Tournaments to Horse Trials; Olympics to the Tour de France, we have hosted thousands of people at world class events.  Large events lead to large numbers of spectators and staff needing accommodation and we are experts at looking after them.

Our equipment can be deployed anywhere in the world where it’s needed most. The Campingninja Services Team has a strong operational heritage with years of experience of working with agencies overseas. All of our equipment can be mobilised and sea freighted or air freighted to any destination around the globe.
