You’ll be pleased to know that plans for Camp Gold Coast are coming along swimmingly!

If you have keeping up to date on Camp Gold Coast, you will know that we have submitted planning permission for two campsites, one in Carrara (which we have previously referred to as Mudgereeba) and one in Southport.

WHERE WE’RE AT

We have been having lots of meetings and discussions with all the various departments and stakeholders about each site to enable us to get to a point whereby we are granted permission to go ahead and we can go on sale.

We are making really good progress and are very close to getting agreements in place particularly for our Carrara campsite, which is great news!

We are currently awaiting responses from Gold Coast City Council about noise control and security. We are doing everything we can to make the process as speedy as possible but we can only be as quick as the responses or questions we get from them.

Safe to say, we are getting there and we are confident of being on sale in the first half of December…

100,000 MORE TICKETS RELEASED

Only a few days ago, GC2018 released 100,000 more tickets for next year’s Commonwealth Games. These tickets are being sold on a First-Come-First-Serve basis so you’d better move quickly if you want tickets to your favourite sport!
